Preview or download from the project page
At the top of the project page, click Preview Bid to look it over, or ↓ Download Bid PDF to save it.

Fix anything flagged
If something's missing — your company name or address, or the client on this bid — a Before you generate box lists it. Fix it, or click Download Anyway.

Pick a different format if you need one
Click Download Bid PDF → on the Bid Summary card to choose the format: Bid Schedule (line-by-line unit prices — the standard for public bids), Proposal (full detail with a cover intro, for private clients), or Summary (section totals only, no unit prices).

Print or download
Click ↓ Download PDF, or 🖨 Print.
