Add a whole crew to a line item

Before you start: You need at least one crew. Build one under Estimating Catalog → Crews, or save one from a line you've already priced (see the last tip).

   Open the line's cost build-up

   Click the line item, or press = on it.

   Click + Add from Crew

   Choose the crew from the list in the Add from Crew window.

   Choose how to apply it

   Under How do you want to apply this crew?, pick By production rate to have the hours follow from how much the crew puts in per day, or Manual to enter the hours yourself.

   Click Add Crew

   Every person and machine in the crew lands on the line as labor and equipment costs, at their rates.
